Abstract

How can a performance support system help people perform a complex problem-solving task involving design, planning, and/or analysis? How can this tool be integrated into an instructor-led course? The Just-In-Time Learning EPSS is currently being used to help instructional designers learn how to design performance improvement interventions. This system demonstrates how an EPSS can support the advanced teaching methods of a Cognitive Apprenticeship.
