Abstract

This poster illustrates how Google tools have been used to create and support authentic e-learning and the process of progressive inquiry in a higher education teachers’ certificate program implemented by Tampere University of Applied Sciences in United Arab Emirates. The purpose of the program is to provide teaching faculty with the pedagogical and technological skills needed in the 21st century knowledge society. Google tools are used in addition to a traditional learning management system to enhance collaborative knowledge construction during the progressive inquiry process.
