Over a 16-year period, we have delivered over 600 projects to state health agencies, the federal Department of Health & Ageing and medical colleges. This presentation will link educational pedagogy with online architecture and reflect on market demand. Example projects will include specific health workforce specialties, multidisciplinary programs and the emergence of compulsory CPD for healthcare professional registration. The presentation will also step through implementation strategies, including: partner collaborations on design, large organization utilisation and client support. Example education topics will include: “Developing Clinicians as Leaders” suite, nursing education suites, patient safety, imminent birthing and a chest tube insertion program.
