This paper describes the creation of a chatbot who interacts with users from a online education portal. Chatbot is a subject very much used by researchers. This agents use artificial intelligence techniques to increase the interaction between man and machine. The online education portal provides static and dynamic version of the chatbot to user interact with. In dynamic version, interaction occurs through a 3D avatar, which moves and talks to the user, with a female Brazilian voice. The robot is available for use online and your data were collected for experiement.
