Abstract
It is quite obvious that specific features and context of Korea requires certain kinds of competencies for e-learning instructional designers in Korea. However, there are very few studies which are focusing on this special features, while most researchs on e-learning instructional designers deals with general level competencies derived from designers of all over the world. The purpose of this study was to specify major factors of competencies of e-learning instructional designers in Korea. Also, statements of each competency of e-learning instructional designers was developed.
