Abstract

This paper introduces the CoSpace educational robotics, a new digital media that enable users to try out their programs and strategies in both virtual and real world environments. CoSpace educational robotics program has been created to integrate digital game-based learning with educational robotics, both are popular amongst young generation, to attract different population of young generation into programming and engineering, especially those who are interested in gaming and simulation. This study focuses on the RoboCupJunior CoSpace Challenge, which was offered at the RoboCupJunior 2010 International competition for the firs time, to examine the learning experience of the participating students.
