Abstract

In this report, we introduce Japanese teacher training program at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies and explain our SNS platform which we utilize in order to make the program a success. The aim of the program is cultivating Japanese teachers who can teach in an increasingly multicultural world. Students write various information on SNS such as self-introduction, blog, BBS, report of practice teaching. They can share information about Japanese teaching and communicate among teachers and students. Moreover, they can reflect their teaching training process because of accumulated daily report.
