Abstract

This study takes the affordance of various forms of learning subject and learner’s mobility in different contexts of learning to present the idea of multiple contexts of mobile practice design. Adopting a technical pedagogical content knowledge model associated with the constructive learning theories, this study reviews and examines these assumed affordances with different pedagogies and related mobile technologies utilization, and proposes a design model. The model aims at linking various environmental contexts to facilitate learning in an unique manner as inherited pedagogical vantage supported by mobile technologies. It is to illustrate the idea of multiple contexts of learning for mobile practice design.
