There are hundreds of Web 2.0 applications available on the Web. For example Google Docs, Zoho, Writely,Flickr,Meebo to name a few. Finding these applications is time consuming and not necessarily an easy task for those who do not know what key words to use. Web 2.0 Desktop resolves this problem by offering a web based desktop similar to Windows or Mac that already has in its “Add/Remove Applications” a list of many of the most popular Web 2.0 apps on the Web. By logging in to their account, users can add or remove the applications that they want and also add new applications that are not already in the main database. Web 2.0 Desktop is a one stop, easy to use Web 2.0 application portal.
