Abstract

Our goal in this editorial is to set the stage for interdisciplinary collaborations to tackle the wicked problem of technology integration in teaching. The CITE Journal is published by a coalition of teacher educator associations, the National Technology Leadership Coalition (NTLC). Each of the participating associations is individually committed to advancing effective use of technology in schools and, thus, NTLC provides a venue for joining forces across diverse disciplines. An annual leadership retreat, the National Technology Leadership Summit (NTLS), convenes this diverse problem-solving population to consider the critical issues facing the research and scholarly community around technology integration.
