Abstract
This paper presents a quantitative study on a number of approaches to enhancing team competencies of Computer Science students. Five different technology enhanced courses and their effects were examined: Web Engineering, Soft Skills, Person Centered Communication, Organizational Development and Project Management. Results showed that the courses had a stronger effect on team skill competencies than on team attitude competencies. Specific didactics of courses and their effects on competencies are discussed.
