Abstract

Here we propose a new structured approach to developing similar graphical interfaces. In order to build the graphical user interface we have used the user centered design approach and prototyping as our method to test and get feedback from user at all times and stages of developing the interface. The main focus of our research is defining users, usability requirements, system scope, and designing and prototyping the graphical user interface. Our conclusion is that using such a structured approach having user engaged at all of the stages of the interface development resulted in a very usable, logical, effective- covering all the functionalities users have asked during its development stages and most importantly a user friendly graphical interface. The main contribution of this graphical user interface is that proposes a new structured approach when developing similar graphical interfaces and with this kind of an approach provides high level of usability.
