Abstract
This presentation is about the use of a class knowledge base to develop leadership and supervision competence among Library Media Technology (LMT) specialist students at a southeast state university. The presentation describes how the knowledge base project can be used to facilitate reflections in a leadership and supervision course. It discusses the reflective learning concepts behind the knowledge base project and describes its implementation process. The class knowledge base created will be displayed at the conference and suggestions for implementing such a project in similar courses will also be shared.
