Information, a compulsory subject area established in 2003 for high school level, began with the expectation to change informatics education in Japan, but its expected effects have not achieved. There are various points about the reason, but many of them have shifted responsibility to high school teachers. However, after analyzing the sample problems of the university entrance examination published in 2021, I found that the cause of the issues in Information is depending on the university teachers.
