A Study on the Modernization of Basic Education Problems and trends for Ubiquitous environment in three Southern border provinces

This study aimed to analyze the state of problems, study the modernization of education in Thailand, including education problems in the three southern border provinces, and to summarize issues and propose solutions using the Ubiquitous Environment. Study factors Affecting Thai Education Trends Characteristics of modernization world society and educational problems in the three southern border provinces and gathering the Ubiquitous Environment to solve It was found that the education problems in three southern border provinces consisted of 9 main ones, as following 1)Security 2)misunderstanding 3)beliefs, values 4)Policy formulation and policy implementation 5)Disparity between teachers of private Islamic schools and government schools 6)Higher education management 7) Separation of Thai Buddhists and Thai Muslims students 8)Lack of direct private school education administration in the area. 9)Evaluation using a single standard. From this study, we summarize the issues and propose solutions and counter measures by using Modernization and Ubiquitous environment, as following 1)Adjustment of the Organization for Management 2)adjusting the budget method 3)Teacher development promotion 4)Research for the development of Thai language teaching 5)Development of Islamic Studies 6)Development of Higher Education 7)Support and promotion of Islam religious school 8)Promotion of youth development 9)Research to develop a model of educational management in the southern border provinces.
