Abstract

To facilitate learning in a virtual environment, we need to make available good quality, effective and flexible educational resources. To produce good quality, effective and flexible educational resources we need a highly trained educational resource development team who can work in collaboration with our teaching staff to develop these materials. For this to be sustainable in the long term, we need a way to efficiently transfer some of the key development skills from the development team to our University teachers.
