Abstract

This longitudinal study provides valuable information about the impact of the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) PT3 Project on first-year classroom teachers who participated in the UHCL PT3 training as teacher candidates. This training focused on the development of technology integrated lesson plans and their use in the classroom. These project participants were compared with first-year teachers who completed an alternative certification program and did not receive the training. In this study, three scales were used: technology comfort, frequency of involvement in technology, and a self-efficacy.
