Abstract

This paper will focus on the Interdisciplinary uses of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology in K-12 classrooms. Discussion will include Educators as students; the collaborative and interdisciplinary nature of GIS projects; community partnerships for sustainable GIS use in the classroom and administrative uses of GIS in education.
