Abstract

This research aimed to study the factors of VLE system to enhance in creativity and innovation skills for higher education learners. Research sample group consisted of 400 higher education instructors from three fields: 1) Science and Technology, 2) Health Science,and 3) Social Science and Humanities that selected by using Multi-stage sampling method. A research tool was a questionnaire and analysis design used was an Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The results were found 7 factors of VLE to enhance creativity and innovation skills:1.The use of technology in virtual learning environment system (factor loading: .570-.805), 2.Exchanging of ideas and making decisions together (factor loading:.517-.829), 3.Connecting of ideas and reasoning (factor loading:.519-.724), 4.Collaborative supporting tools (factor loading: .557-.739), 5.Active learning activities (factor loading:.531-.631), 6. Self-learning (factor loading:.537-.588 and 7.Identifying problems (Factor Loading:.503-.796).
