Abstract
Digital literacy and authenticity seem to be critical areas in contemporary management. Business schools, multinational businesses, and global marketplaces seem to be contexts of collective intelligence mired in traditional contexts of learning cemented in the past; none the less, indicators show that tomorrow’s leaders address social, cultural, economic, political, and environmental challenges 24/7 anywhere anytime (Yukl, 2013; Greenberg, 2010). The exponential advancement of technology is transforming work environments bringing about growth that moves away from the traditional culture of leadership and opens up bases of intelligence: professional development and collaborative media creations within the context of organizational performance.
