Abstract

This paper is intended to provide educators with a basic understanding of the creation, development, and implementation phases of on-line exams. The content includes an overview of on-line exams to explain the specific features and the advantages and limitations of this medium. Design and development are also presented to explain the different test development tools. The implementation phase covers areas of administration and distribution based upon personal experiences.
