Abstract

This paper describes the development of CD-based video clips and case histories to be used in a course in instructional technology. The videos illustrate real K-12 teachers using technology in real teaching situations. The video clips and case histories are used to help preservice teachers better conceptualize how to use technology as a learning tool. The process of video development and use of the videos in teaching is described. Initial student reaction to the videos has been positive.
