Abstract
Student Satisfaction (SS) is considered as one of important factors for the service quality in a university. We developed a simple digital signage system to improve SS in a university. Our system contains web application server and native client application for Android terminal. The contents and clients management can be easily done by end-users with administration function of server application. The client terminals of our system consist of ordinary digital TV or computer display and Android stick terminal. We are planning to place several client terminals the common spaces in our campus, and then deliver contents to them. Although such attempts might contribute to the university education indirectly, a direct application of our system to the education is also feasible.
