Abstract

This session is on integrating Business Intelligence tools with campus operations in ways that yields learning intelligence. Attendees will learn how to deliver easily understood graphic representations and intelligent reporting of complex data to define, track and monitor the campus key performance indicators (KPIs), make informed, evidence-based decisions, and identify trends and highlight risks. The presentation focuses on how to speed up educational business-critical decision making and win the quest for substantial cost-savings by establishing and leveraging a single version of the Edupreneurial Business/Academic process.
