Abstract
Computer Supported Learning (CSL), or Cecil as we like to call it, is a university wide education delivery mechanism that supports the teaching, learning and administration delivery needs for the whole University of Auckland. The system's background, architecture, it's many faceted nature and the experiences of the developers and users are outlined in this paper.
