Abstract
The purpose of the current paper is to present the research proposal addressing the Digital Divide in Education in southern a central Africa. The goal of the project is to build a model, suitable for unique challenge of the African context, for bringing about increased use of technology, and consequently, increased benefits for learners and society.In short, the majors ideas behind this paper is to firstly to know why all or most of the western Model of Connectivity in rural Community doesn't work perfectly in developing countries and secondly to design the African Context Model of Connectivity (Internet) according our (Africans) reality.
