Abstract
The number of learners accessing training content via mobile devices increases every year. However, many organizations are struggling to keep up with this change. Rapid e-Learning tools offer the possibility of publishing modules to the mobile-friendly HTML5 format, though the capabilities of this medium are often limited when compared to the established flash desktop publish alternative. How can modules be published to a mobile friendly format without having to produce android or iOS apps which require more technical knowledge? This e-Learning Best Practices session will aim at addressing this question. The presenter will cover a mobile conversion method which has been successfully used at McGill University to adapt a standard Adobe Captivate e-Learning module to a mobile-friendly format using Camtasia and HTML5.
