Information Access for a Deep Democracy

Proceedings of the ASIST Annual Meeting Volume 35, ISSN 0044-7870

This paper presents the conceptual design of an Internet-based system intended to enable such participation; the presentation is illustrated with the case of Chile. (Author/AEF)
