Abstract
Reexamination of change management strategies has recently come under direct scrutiny in both the realm of the academic and the professional due to the significant shift of brick-and-mortar institutions to virtual organizational structures. As such, the examination of the management of change requires direct inquiry into several defining factors: leadership and change criteria, organizational structures, the roles of leadership, communication, and sustained change. The author supports the ideology that organizational survival is directly dependent upon its ability to have viable change management strategy in place to account for the rapidly changing environs of modernity.
