Majority of faculty and staff of University of Cebu in all four campuses are aware of the present human resources system which is very slow in processing their requests and inquiries. There were incidents that files were missing and the records not updated.Sometimes the dissemination of memorandum and reports are not properly disseminated to all campuses. The study aimed to provide solutions to the problem. The proposed system will enable faculty and staff to transact queries online to obtain information that they need, and make necessary update. The descriptive method was used and questionnaires were distributed and later tabulated to determine the needs of a human resources information system for the University of Cebu.
