In less than 0.25 seconds, a Google search for “Web 2.0” returns more than 116 million results and 189,000 results for “Web 2.0 definition”. Greenhow, Robelia, and Hughes (2009) described Web 2.0 tools provide learners the opportunities for improving their abilities of creativity and the environment for participation and collaboration. In 2003, Bolick, Berson, Coutts, and Heinecke believe the major challenge and issue for the 21st century education is to prepare its teachers to be technologically efficient in the classrooms. This study will exam how the teacher education classroom prepares its teachers to use Web 2.0 tools in their teaching and learning and explores their willingness to use Web 2.0 tools to assist and enhance classroom instruction.
