Abstract

Teacher preparation programs have been under fire, recently, and there is a wave of accountability washing over education from many accrediting bodies. There are several questions regarding technology in teacher preparation, such as whether to have an isolated course in the program or to integrate technology requirements across the program into other course. We believe that both of these options are necessary and are determined to find highly successful best practices to support us as we present how technology requirements should be met in our newly formed teacher preparation programs.
