Abstract

The paper maps out the journey taken by a sample of school leaders enrolled in a MA class. Change and diffusion can only happen when educational leaders explore the intended change within its theoretical framework, within a hands-on simulation, and within the framework of their school, community, and ministry of education environments. Through problem based learning, the leaders will develop a vision rooted in a powerful belief, have confidence, have content knowledge, and have skills. Having acquired the needed leadership skills to catalyze the mediation, recommendations are discussed.
