Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses an analysis of e-moderation strategies adopted in the course of Conflict Management in Schools, in the light of theoretical models of Gilly Salmon (2000) and Richard Faerber (2003). From the association between the dimensions of inter (action) in the course and the stages and relationships of the models of e-moderation (Salmon) and interaction on virtual environments (Faerber), we proceeded to identify the points of convergence and divergence , and finally we present some proposals for improving the e-moderation practices followed in the Project of Distance Education of the University of Coimbra.
