Abstract

Given the enormous development of the Internet, there has been exponential growth of learning resources available online, to be managed properly if you want to ensure their full and effective use by a user extraordinarily varied and complex. Unfortunately, only a few training resources are made according to standardized and formal models are therefore well-designed, but most of them derived from the knowledge that millions of users continuously produce and is present in the network in an informal and unstructured. In view of interoperability between systems eLearning 2.0, thanks to a collaborative approach your Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 and with the specific intent to standardize and reuse existing resources also caused by new collaborative tools like blogs, wikis, forums, feedback, podcasting will then focus on the main problems associated with the development of systems and methods for the integration of educational resources and their optimum use in eLearning activities.
