Abstract

Recently, there has been a great demand of establishing join academic program in Vietnam, especially to higher education. Many universities in the country open and run such academic programs in collaboration with foreign partners inside Vietnam. Correspondingly, E-learning and Internet-based distance education has become widely employed in such schools. This study aims to identify and examine the relationship of factors influencing the acceptance of E-learning of graduate students of offshore programs in Vietnam, a developing country in Asia. An EMBA offshore class in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam was drawn as a research sample. The Extended Technology Acceptance Model was applied in analyzing collected data.
