Teacher computer literacy is a top priority of Gembala Baik Senior High School (GBSH) for improving the quality of learning. A pilot program has run since 2008 to assess teacher computer literacy, provide training, and make recommendation for future teacher training. The whole teachers at GBHS were participated in the program. Teachers completed a self-assessment of in August 2008, indicating their computer comfort and knowledge. After six-month period in which they received computer training, they were asked to complete the same assessment in March 2009.
