Abstract
In this session Terry overviews the affordances associated with the web and especially web 2.0 tools. By looking at the applications of groups, networks and collectives, he shows how we are provided with the capacity to expand and improve our professional and scholarly activities. he also notes the emergence of 'Openness" as a practice and ethic for more engaging and profitable professional activity.
