Abstract

This study focuses on student engagement in a junior level computer networking course designed using problem based blended learning environment approach. 45 preservice teachers participated in the study and completed two surveys at the beginning and at the end of the course. Students responded academic engagement items on the survey thinking about the networking course and a comparison course. Data analysis will compare student ratings on engagement activities for the blended learning course and the comparison course.
