Abstract
In view of the need for competent pre-service teachers, this study aims to develop materials that assess the ability of pre-service teachers in planning ICT (information and communication technology) integrated lessons. The materials are developed on the IAG (Instructional Activities Game, Matsuda 2004), which facilitates quasi performance assessments on the Web. The materials are designed to simulate the events and responses of students in ICT integrated lessons and thus help lecturers assess pre-service teachers’ ability without real classroom settings and possession of assessing skills. Additionally, it helps pre-service teachers prepare for practice teaching without students and reviewers.
