Abstract
Abstract: The Standards of Effective Practice drive teaching and learning through curriculum alignment and performance assessment. One professor’s journey conveys specific processes and examples of twenty-first century curriculum mapping and performance assessment tools that guide students in developing reflective portfolios complete with their artifacts aligned to standards and indicators. Hybrid-online students develop reflective e-Folios to demonstrate their proficiency in the Standards of Effective Practice and related indicators by illustrating what they know and can do.
