Many local information systems, such as different types of data bases or knowledge libraries have been created in universities for studying purposes using internet and computer. The problem is that these information systems cannot communicate with mobile devices but more and more people use different mobile devices in their real life. Paper describes a developed system which gives possibility to communicate mobile device with knowledge library. This connection allows different searching requests of information in knowledge library, adding new documents, downloading files and uploading information from mobile device.
