Abstract

Given that advanced technologies are providing more information sources and better tools for connections and collaboration; new structures, methodologies, and learning models for cooperation, collaboration, and e-learning are emerging. This presentation focuses on the roles that cooperative education, emerging technologies (virtual environments and robot/computer tutors), and collaboration systems will play in society and the types of newly emerging e-learning experiences (on-line educational games and on-line case studies) that are needed for our future students to succeed.
