Abstract

In the presenting project, researchers were tended to identify whether a technology-enhanced curriculum in teacher education program can effectively nurturing pre-service teachers’ competence about e-teaching in modern education milieu. For that aim, a website embedded course is designed for teacher educators to guide pre-service teachers’ using computer technology both in teaching project and course design. To afford assistance to pre-service teachers, functions such as teaching project design guiding, online courses design guiding, multimedia database for teaching, and resources management for teaching are established in the web-based learning environment. Thereafter, the design principles of the website are mainly revealed in this proposal. Researchers expect that the significance and value of computer technology in science education will possibly be further discussed and amplified from the research findings of this project.
