This paper presents the design of a set of multimedia educational applications to be used in medium-sized museums. These applications are executed on fixed information and educational stations. Museum curators are offered a set of wizard-like applications which they can instantiate and embed in a certain museum. No technical expertise is required by the curators in order to complete this procedure. The applications have been refined for 30 medium-sized museums in Greece. In the future, an evaluation of the framework is planned along with its application in more museums.
