This case study of the pilot implementation of online learning in a University is geared towards the design of an e-Learning Implementation Model for blended learning as it studied the effects of the use of online lessons on instruction and the learner. It further studied the various issues and constraints in the initial implementation. The implementation model advances that administrative support is the key to the e-Learning program in the University. The model further stresses the need for preparing the faculty and students, the need to appropriately design course materials for blending learning and the need for quality assurance mechanisms.
