ICT use in fostering presentation skill, questioning skill, mental growth, and forming discipline of learning is rare. This means that the experts know effective situation of ICT use. While ICT is equipped in every classroom, the usage of it depends on each teacher. How to build ICT system into the environment of the classroom depends on the style of lessons, layout of classroom, etc. Rigid ICT settings by government may, therefore, disturb ICT use by teachers.
