Abstract

Two Nevada school districts have adopted the eMINTS program for instilling classroom technology integration. eMINTS is a technology integration program developed in Missouri that offers onsite training to teachers and technologically equipped classrooms to both teachers and students. Other states that have implemented eMINTS have seen great improvements in student achievement and technology skills. Preliminary results suggest that Nevada teachers, too, have been marked improvements in student engagement.
