Abstract: The impact of ICT has been very significant in the clinical field, not only in the development of diagnostic techniques, but also in initial and lifelong professional training. Radiographic cephalometrics is one area of odontology that benefits from excellent technological resources. The development of specific software enables computerized cephalometric analyses. Computerized cephalometric analyses are based on the marking, by the examiner, of anatomical points on digital radiological images. However, several studies have demonstrated lack of consolidation of knowledge on the part of the examiners, which suggests there is a need for new learning and training approaches that can promote and consolidate professional interventions in this domain. With this aim in mind, we developed a multimedia product we believe promotes new ways of learning contents of radiographic cephalometrics - Ceph-Learning. This paper discusses the development and validation process of Ceph-Learning.
