Abstract

Educational excellence is a widely held but elusive goal. Communities in Indiana face an increasingly complex array of challenges on this front from expanded cultural diversity and student needs to lean economic times, to heightened scrutiny and accountability. In these times of change and uncertainty, it is crucial to develop public and private partnerships. The weave of problems facing the educational community will not be solved by single entities or isolated efforts. This paper is reporting on an effort to develop statewide, P-16 partnerships to help schools and teacher educators understand what works through electronic vehicles.
